Responsible For:

• Answering incoming phone calls and inquiries related to vehicle servicing
• Consulting with automotive technicians regarding required repairs and or maintenance work and providing repair options to clients
• Determining and recommending maintenance based on vehicle history.
• Scheduling service and repair appointments.
• Operating computerized systems.
• Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers.
• Communicating with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team player attitude, with integrity, positive energy, work ethic, and urgency
• Attention to detail and comfort in using technology for most day-to-day functions
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous automotive experience in service and/or parts
