Service Appointment Coordinator (Service BDC Representative)

 Jim Gauthier Kia, part of the Gauthier Auto Group, one of Winnipeg’s longest-standing automotive groups established in 1980, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, email, and text
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and dealership management systems (DMS)
• Conduct follow-up communications to support service retention and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow
• Help deliver a seamless and positive service experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, Business Development Centre (BDC), or call centre environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and administrative tools
• Automotive dealership or service department experience is an asset
• A customer-first mindset and a positive, professional attitude
