Jim Gauthier Kia, part of the Gauthier Auto Group established in 1980, is growing and looking for Red Seal Automotive Technicians and Level 3 Apprentices to join our busy service department in Winnipeg.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, strong diagnostics, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment with long-term career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance services
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and driveline concerns
• Use computerized diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures
• Review repair orders and communicate findings with the service team
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance
• Maintain clean, accurate, and efficient work habits
• Work collaboratively with advisors, technicians, and management

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Automotive Technician certification or Level 3 Apprentice status
• Previous dealership experience considered an asset
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
